GROUP SESSION

Training in a group has its own advantage. The game is about team work, from this session you will be trained as a team player. There are several methods we use to enhance your skills and knowledge in this package.

Our small group sessions are more based on game like scenarios and situations that the real game required. The sessions are tactical based training with added technical incorporating movement training.

The group session consists of 6 to 8 person per group.
